Pompeu, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with and answered all my phone

results were that when we moved back in, it was like being in a new home!

It has been a while, we know, but we at last took the time to gather together some
before and after pictures of the house for your notebook, as we promised to do
many months ago. As we looked at them again, we continue to be simply flabbergasted
by the transformation! The house was such a dump before the fire. Now it is just so
much more comfortable and beautiful that there's just no comparison. The work your
crew and subs did from the framing to finished carpentry, heating, electrical, plumbing,
painting etc. was just first rate throughout.
We have had zero problems with anything since the construction was done. We know
that this is the way it is supposed to be, but in a project as complex as ours, we expected
that there might be at least a minor issue or two that you'd have to come back and fix but
no, nothing: no leaky windows, no cracks in the plaster, no stuck light switches. It all
just looks, works and feels great. We enjoy it every day and can honestly say it's probably
the best house we've ever lived in.
So once again, please convey our sincere thanks to all who were involved ** especially
Pompeu **. Obviously, repeating what we've said before, feel free to use us as a
reference anytime or to stop by and visit to see how we've redecorated everything.

The team at Hargens was great. They spent time with us to help us choose the right gutter. We were replacing the wood gutters on our 1900 Victorian and were very concerned about how they would look. Hargens listened to our concerns and took the extra step to add a molding under the gutters and they look SHARP! The very professional team arrived on time and coordinated with the painters to make sure that everyone could get their work done efficiently. I would definitely hire them again and recommend Hargens to everyone.

I wanted to thank you for the work of Ray Fraschieri on our home in San Francisco.
Ray was called in by Lawson Roofing to provide flashings and a chimney top for my
new roof. I definitely have the best looking chimney top in the neighborhood.
We later had Ray install a new heater and some new ducting integrated into our
existing ducting system as well as some new copper vent covers for the exterior.
The heater is so professionally done, we include it in any house tours we do for
friends or just visitors. It has a distinct "Star Wars" look and the attention to detail
is obvious - a great job. The vent covers likewise are pure "house jewelry".
Ray is a pleasure to deal with and his work is exemplary.

damage to our home. My wife and I have worked together very closely with Hargens Inc.
for the past several months making decisions to rebuild our home that was partially
destroyed by fire. Tom Hargens, his employees and project manager, Mr. Pompeu
Ferreira, came the night of the fire to board up our home so there would be no injuries
to others and to ensure the contents of our home would remain safe. As you can imagine, this was a very trying time for us, but with their help the challenge came to pass.
